Refund policy

We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your Palmerhood purchase. However, if you are not for whatever reason, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. 

To request a return, please contact us at info@palmerhood.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be issued once your request has been approved. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item is confirmed as faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as Palmerhood cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 

 

Refunds
Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear, subject to payment provider processing times. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@palmerhood.com.

 

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Should you require a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
