Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times and costs vary depending on location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
UK orders are shipped using fully tracked delivery services. Tracked 24 orders are typically delivered within 1 working day from dispatch, Tracked 48 orders usually arrive within 2 working days.
International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked services and are typically delivered within 5–10 working days from dispatch.
Please allow approximately 1–2 working days for order processing and fulfilment. During launches, limited releases, and high-demand periods, dispatch times may be extended.
All delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and may vary due to courier operations, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Returns
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your Palmerhood purchase. However, if you are not for whatever reason, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
To request a return, please contact us at info@palmerhood.com with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be issued once your request has been approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item is confirmed as faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as Palmerhood cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to appear, subject to payment provider processing times.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Should you require a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Worldwide Shipping
All orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners; however, occasional delays caused by courier networks, customs procedures, or external circumstances may occur and remain outside of our control.
International deliveries are currently fulfilled on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any import duties, local taxes, or customs-related charges issued by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival. These fees are determined by local authorities and are not included within our pricing or shipping rates.
We are actively working towards introducing prepaid duties and taxes for international customers to create a more seamless delivery experience worldwide.
Should a shipment be refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order will be refunded excluding all shipping and return handling costs incurred.

We are currently unable to ship to Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, or Israel due to global events.
Shipping Notes
For deliveries to flats or apartment buildings, parcels may be left in communal areas such as lobbies, mailrooms, or shared entry ways due to restricted access and building security measures.
By placing an order to a flat or apartment address, you acknowledge that delivery may be completed to a communal area. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost, stolen or missing after being delivered to the building.
We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery, or selecting an alternative address where secure delivery can be made.
Undelivered Orders
In the event an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect shipping details or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us at the courier’s discretion. Once received back, we will contact you with further information. Any additional shipping charges required for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
Promotional Terms
Promotional offers apply to the order value excluding shipping costs and are subject to our Terms & Conditions. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined, stacked, or used consecutively on the same order, including during site-wide promotions and sale periods. Certain products or collections may be excluded from promotions, with any exclusions clearly stated at the time of the offer.
Discounts apply only to the items or collections specifically included within the promotion and cannot be extended beyond the stated scope.
Once a return has been processed, any associated discount code or promotional offer cannot be reinstated or reused.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where the use of promotional offers is considered fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of our Terms & Conditions.
